Updated over a month ago

RightPaw breeders can easily send an offer at any time, see below steps:

  1. Start by clicking on 'Applicants' on the top navigation bar on your profile's main page.

Alternatively, you can also send an offer in the message view.

  2. To create an offer, click on the 'New Offer' button beside/under the applicant's name

  3. On the Offer details, select which litter or puppy the puppy offer will be associated with.(Note: You can now assign either a litter or a puppy in the puppy offer.)

  4. Offer Flexible Payment Options:
You can now provide multiple payment installments for puppies, giving buyers the flexibility to pay over time. Additionally, transportation and logistics costs can be included under "Other Costs."

With these new features, you can also specify the payment methods available to buyers and outline refund terms for each installment.

  5. Next, choose the payment due date, reminder date, and optionally include a 'Payment message.' Once all fields are completed, click 'Save' to add a single payment, or 'Add next payment' to add another instalment, following the same steps for each one.

  6. After setting up all payment installments, you'll be able to preview the full offer details, including payment breakdowns and the total cost. Simply click 'Preview' to review everything.

•To make changes to a payment installment:
    1. Edit the amount: Click the pen icon

    2. View or update the payment message: Click the text bubble icon
    3. Delete an installment: Click the trash bin icon.

  7. After finalising the payment details, simply click the 'Send Now' button to proceed with sending the offer.

  8. Once the offer is sent, a confirmation message will appear, and your applicant will be notified via SMS and email. To view all sent offers, click the 'View all offers' button.
