Can my buyer make multiple payments/pay off in instalments?

Breeders now have the flexibility to create multiple payment requests tailored to your needs. You can set up deposits, balance payments, and additional costs such as transportation or crate fees. Payments can be scheduled in installments (e.g., first payment, second payment, third payment) or as a single full payment. This system is fully customizable, allowing you to manage payments in a way that best suits your preferences.

RightPaw breeders can now easily set-up multiple payments using the steps below:

  1. On the ‘Add a Payment Option’ screen, select your first Payment Type (e.g., Deposit).


  2. Enter the Payment Name or leave it as is. Then, input the Amount and select the Refund Terms (e.g., Non-refundable, Refundable, or Partially Refundable).


  3. Set the Payment Due Date and choose the date when a payment reminder will be sent to your buyer. You may also include a personal message for this payment.


  4. Once all required details are filled in, you can either:

    1. Click ‘Save’ to add another payment option later, or

    2. Click ‘Add Next Payment’ to immediately set up an additional payment.

  5. If needed, use the ‘Other’ option to add payments for transportation or logistics costs.

    1. Once all payment options are set up, you’ll be directed to the ‘Payment Details’ screen, where you can review the payments, see the total amount, and apply a discount by selecting ‘Add Discount’.
