The "Other" costs option in the Offer feature allows breeders to include additional expenses such as transportation, logistics, or any other puppy-related fees in the puppy offer. It can also be used to specify a "Holding Fee" if needed.
RightPaw breeders can now easily set-up ‘other’ costs using the steps below:
In the "Add a payment option" section of the puppy offer, select "Other" as the payment type.
Enter a name for the payment, such as "Transport Fee" or "Holding Deposit."
Set the payment due date and choose a reminder date to ensure the buyer receives a notification before the due date.
Define the refund terms for this payment.
Provide any refund policy details and include a personal message if needed.
