If you’ve received a puppy offer, you can now easily make your payment directly through the RightPaw platform. Follow the step-by-step guide below to complete your payment:
Step 1: Access Your Puppy Offer
On the menu settings, click on "My puppy offer".
Once an offer is sent, you will also receive an SMS and Email that contains a link to access your puppy offer directly.
Step 2: Follow the prompts to click through to your deposit tab
Navigate to your "Deposit" tab and choose your preferred payment method.
Step 3: Enter your Payment information
Once you have selected your preferred payment option: PayTo or Credit Card, tick the checkbox acknowledging that you agree to RightPaw’s payment terms.
Click “Enter your bank details” or "Enter your card details" to securely enter your payment information.
Step 4: If paying with PayTo, authorise your Payto payment
For PayTo payments, once a payment request is initiated, you’ll be prompted to authorise the transaction via your bank’s mobile app or internet banking platform.
