We strongly recommend being clear and upfront with buyers to avoid confusion later on.

You might include:

  • Non-refundable deposit terms

  • Conditions for cancellations

  • Timeline for processing refunds

🛠️ What if there’s a dispute?

While RightPaw doesn’t hold the money or process refunds ourselves, we do offer dispute resolution support.


If there’s a disagreement, we’ll help mediate and guide both parties to a fair outcome.
