What do I need to do first?
First, make sure your bank account is connected. This allows your puppy families to pay you securely through RightPaw.
You can set this up by visiting your Account Settings.
What happens when you send an offer?
Your buyer receives a clear, professional summary of your offer via email.
It includes all the key details: payment schedule, puppy info, pickup timing, and your refund policy.
You’ll be notified when your buyer views and accepts the offer.
Can I test it before sending it to a real buyer?
Yes! We provide a Dummy Applicant when you first create your account so you can:
Practice sending a draft offer
Preview what the buyer sees
Try moving the applicant between lists
Get comfortable with the process
What if I want to change something?
No problem – you can always edit or cancel an offer before the buyer pays. And if you need help at any point, we’re just a message away.
