How do I track all my payments?

You can easily keep track of all your puppy payments directly from your RightPaw dashboard.

📍 Where to view your payments

To check the status of your payments:

  1. Go to your Applicants page.

  2. Click on the Sent Offers tab.

This section will show you:

  • The payment status for each buyer (e.g. Deposit paid, Balance paid, or Paid – meaning fully paid).

  • Which buyers still need to complete their payments

🔔 Payment notifications

Whenever a buyer makes a payment, you’ll receive a RightPaw notification via the Messages page. The notification includes:

  • The type of payment (e.g. deposit or balance)

  • The amount paid

  • The date it was paid

  • An estimated arrival date for the funds
