✅ What can I change?
If the buyer hasn’t paid yet:
Update the payment schedule (deposit, balance, due dates)
Add or edit puppy details
Upload contracts or documents
Make corrections to notes or instructions
💬 The buyer will be notified automatically of any changes you make.
If the buyer has already made a payment:
You can’t change past payments, but you can still adjust any upcoming payments
You can still upload contracts, health documents, and puppy packs to keep everything organised
📌 How to edit an offer
Go to your Message page or Applicants page
Click Edit Offer and make relevant changes
For documents, click Personalise your offer and upload your files
