What happens if a buyer doesn’t pay?

Updated over a month ago

If a buyer doesn’t complete their payment, you can either retract the offer or simply wait, the buyer will remain in your Offered folder until they act.

Your options if a buyer doesn’t pay:

  • Retract the offer:
To cancel an offer, click “Edit Offer” and then select “Retract Offer”. This will remove the offer from the buyer’s view and cancel the payment request.

  • Wait it out:
If you prefer, the buyer will stay in your Offered folder. The offer will remain open but unpaid until they decide to pay or you retract it.

What you should know:

  • Retracting an offer notifies the buyer that the offer is no longer valid.

  • There’s no automatic expiry for offers, so you control when to retract or wait.

  • If you need help managing offers or communicating with buyers, feel free to reach out.
