Refund policies are set by you, the breeder. RightPaw gives you the flexibility to decide what refund terms apply to your payments.

Where do I set my refund policy?

When sending a Puppy Offer, you'll see a section to set refund terms for each payment milestone (like the deposit or balance). You can:

  • Choose if the payment is refundable or non-refundable

  • Add a short custom message to explain your policy (e.g. “Deposit is non-refundable if buyer cancels”)

Why include a refund policy?

  • It helps manage buyer expectations

  • It protects you in case a buyer cancels

  • It keeps your process professional and consistent

Buyers will see your refund terms in the Offer before paying.
