Your autoresponder is an automatic message that puppy applicants receive as soon as they apply to your breeding program. It helps you manage expectations by letting buyers know what stage your litters are at — whether you’re accepting applications, expecting puppies soon, or have no litters planned at the moment.
Keeping your autoresponder up to date saves you time replying to enquiries and ensures buyers get accurate, instant information about your breeding plans.
🐶 Why It’s Important
Set expectations clearly: Applicants immediately know your current litter status, which helps reduce repetitive messages and confusion.
Save time: You don’t need to manually reply to every application with the same information.
Create a professional impression: Buyers appreciate timely communication and transparency.
Keep your profile accurate: An updated autoresponder ensures buyers always see the most relevant details about your litters.
