How do I send an offer on RightPaw?

Start by clicking on "Applicants" in the top navigation bar.

To create an offer click "Draft Offers" (under the 'Offered' List). Then click "New Offer" in the top-right corner.

Complete all the mandatory fields, which include specifying your chosen applicants (multiple applicants can be selected to receive the offer), the litter for which the offer is intended, and the puppy's homecoming date (which will be automatically set by RightPaw as 8 weeks from the date of birth entered).

To customise your offer and inform potential puppy homes of what's included with their puppy, you can add your puppy inclusions (Insurance, Transport and Puppy Pack).

​➡️ Note: If you have mentioned insurance or your puppy pack on your profile, the information will be pre-filled for you.

Select your payment preference, you can set whether you prefer your puppy owners to pay a deposit and then a balance or one full payment upfront.

​If you would like to take a deposit and balance, enter all the required fields, including the full cost of the puppy, deposit amount, whether the deposit is refundable or non-refundable and what date the balance is due.

​If you only require the full payment all that is required is the full amount and the date you would like the payment to be made.

Although this next step is not mandatory, it can be useful to attach any relevant documents such as your conditions of sale, contract, or puppy e-documents such as a puppy care guide or insurance details.

Before sending or saving your offer as a draft, it's important to review all of the information you've entered to ensure its accuracy.
​

​If you're not quite ready to send it yet, you can save it as a draft and return to it later via "Draft offers". Alternatively, you can select "Send offers," where you'll be prompted to confirm sending and include a personalised message with your offer.

​➡️ Note: You also have the option to "Preview puppy offer" for your applicants so you can see what it looks like from their perspective.

​🤗 Your offer is now sent to your applicants and they will receive an SMS notification and an email alert letting them know that you have sent them an offer.
